Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Project Manager in Product Development within the ECOO Transformation Execution Office. You will support delivery of Asset Servicing and Product Development initiatives across EMEA and global product areas, ensuring governance, scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage risks, and coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and client-facing teams, in a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience within financial services across asset servicing, custody, fund administration.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery across complex initiatives from initiation to BAU.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and remove blockers.
• Understanding of project governance, delivery controls and regulated change environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery; tools include Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and delivery-focused mindset.
• Commercial and financial awareness including budgeting, resource planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, risk identification and practical resolution.
• Desirable PM/Agile certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master).

Responsibilities

• Plan, govern and deliver complex change across product, technology, operations and business stakeholder groups.
• Provide end-to-end delivery discipline across initiation, scope definition, planning, RAID, governance and BAU.
• Manage delivery risks, unblock issues and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align delivery and remove blockers.
