Job summary

Northern Trust Corporation is seeking a Project Manager within Product Development to support Asset Servicing and related initiatives across EMEA and global product areas. The role focuses on planning, governance, and end-to-end delivery across product, technology, operations and client-facing teams.

The successful candidate will manage initiation to BAU, maintain risk and budget controls, and report to senior stakeholders with clear progress updates in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex changes in financial services environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery from initiation to BAU transition.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication of progress, risks and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, govern and deliver complex change across product, technology, operations and business stakeholder groups.
• Provide end-to-end delivery discipline across initiation, scope definition, planning, RAID, finances, governance and testing readiness.
• Maintain audit-ready project artefacts and ensure delivery within scope, timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and unblock blockers.
