Job summary

The role combines people leadership, client consulting, technology solutioning, and strategic partnership with Product and Technology teams to enhance client experience. You will drive adoption and deliver client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within financial services or related client-facing technology environment.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, data solutions, reporting tools, APIs, and client technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering complex implementations or consulting engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Solutions Consultants.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and recommend digital, reporting, and data solutions.
• Oversee client onboarding, platform adoption, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client requirements and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Relationship Management, and Operations teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.
• Gather client feedback and represent the voice of the client in product enhancement and innovation discussions.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions, and client technology reviews.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and digital adoption.
