Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Project Manager within Product Development, part of the ECOO Transformation Execution Office, to drive strategic Asset Servicing and Product Development initiatives across EMEA and globally. You will plan, govern and deliver complex change across product, technology, operations and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines and budget.

The role requires proactive, organised delivery across multiple priorities, building trusted relationships

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience across asset servicing or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery with governance and budgeting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end delivery discipline from initiation to BAU.
• Define scope, plan, and RAID for complex initiatives.
• Track budgets, governance reporting and testing readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders and communicate updates clearly.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations and Risk teams.
