Job summary

Halfords is seeking an experienced Programme Manager - People Change to support delivery of a complex organisation effectiveness and business transformation portfolio. Working with the Director of People Transformation and Head of People Change, you will provide governance, structure and delivery discipline to translate strategic decisions into successful implementation.

• Proven experience delivering complex programmes.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery skills.
• Experience supporting HR/business transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder management and senior leadership influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans with milestones.
• Establish governance, reporting and progress visibility.
• Coordinate workstreams across multiple initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks and dependencies.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Prepare materials for governance forums and senior leaders.
• Drive accountability and delivery discipline across stakeholders.
• Support implementation of organisation effectiveness initiatives.
• Monitor progress and provide clear recommendations.
