Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a sharp pricing analyst to help shape how we price and package our AI-powered CX platform.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver data-driven pricing strategies with real ownership and visible impact. You will review deals, build pricing insights in Power BI or Tableau, model revenue impact of changes, support tiering, SKU rationalization, and provide collateral for field teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in pricing, deal desk, FP&A, revenue or sales ops in a analytical role
• B2B SaaS pricing experience with ARR, ACV, multi-year deals
• Strong Excel and financial modelling; able to explain assumptions

Responsibilities

• Deal review and approval: evaluate SMB opportunities against pricing guidelines
• Pricing insights and reporting in Power BI or Tableau; identify discounting patterns
• Financial modelling to quantify revenue and margin impact of price changes
• Packaging and AI monetization: design tiering and price models
• Portfolio simplification: SKU rationalization across Verint portfolio
• Competitive and market intelligence: benchmark pricing and market evolution
• Seller enablement and execution: pricing collateral and CRM alignment
• Ad hoc projects: lead high-priority pricing initiatives
