Paid.ai in London, in-person, seeks a Strategic Monetization Engineer to own pricing monetization for the agent economy. You will diagnose client needs, design monetization models, and lead implementation with executive-level stakeholders.

You will shape the roadmap, develop playbooks, and scale the monetization function, partnering with sales, product, and strategy teams while driving customer success.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated pricing or monetization experience in software.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders one-on-one with confidence.
• End-to-end project delivery experience from design to delivery.
• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Interest in the AI ecosystem and understanding of unit economics.

Responsabilidades

• Architect monetization strategies with founders and executives during live sales cycles.
• Own the post-signature rollout and coordinate resources for successful implementation.
• Manage ongoing customer relationships and expansion of Paid usage.
• Codify learnings into customer playbooks, diagnostics, benchmarks and pricing strategy.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership through content and insights.
• Shape Paid’s product roadmap based on market learnings and strategic analysis.
• Build and lead the monetization function, including developing reports and coaching team members.
• Operate with the agility expected in a start-up environment.
