Job summary

TXP is seeking a commercially aware Customer Solution Architect to own solution design through the pre-sales lifecycle. You will lead technical discussions, workshops and proposals, acting as the trusted solution owner across client engagements.

The role requires sector experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Public Sector and a track record in shaping commercially strong, deliverable solutions. You will work with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are scoped,

Qualifications

• Experience in a Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Architect, or Technical Consultant role within IT services or consultancy.
• Strong track record in pre-sales, including solution design and proposal development.
• Experience working with clients in Financial Services, Insurance, or Public Sector.
• Proven experience leading solution design across the full pre-sales lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, software engineering, integration, SaaS, and data/AI.

Responsibilities

• Understand client challenges and lead discovery sessions and workshops.
• Own the solution across the full pre-sales lifecycle as the technical authority.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and solution conversations; present to stakeholders.
• Transition pre-sales into delivery with clear documentation and scope.
• Contribute to propositions and go-to-market strategies; develop reusable assets.
