Job summary

TXP is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end legacy-to-cloud migration workstreams within a major programme. You will own the technical direction, design, dependencies and readiness for all services in your workstream.

The role requires coordinating discovery, migration design, engineering uplift and execution with multiple delivery squads, cloud teams and client stakeholders, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an architect on large-scale legacy data centre exit or cloud transition programmes.
• Experience defining migration mechanisms, patterns, sequencing and cutover approaches.
• Strong knowledge of legacy on-premise hosting and migration to Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural direction for the workstream within the migration programme.
• Coordinate discovery, migration design, engineering uplift and execution across teams.
• Ensure security, governance and hosting constraints are met in all designs.
• Align with platform, security, network and IAM teams for readiness and cutover.
• Provide clear technical updates to programme leadership and governance forums.
