Job summary

WFS Patron is seeking a proactive planning, performance and risk professional to develop and continuously improve the organisation's processes and strategies across business planning, performance management, risk and audit. You will work on the service’s planning framework to ensure improvement objectives are developed, measured and reported in line with statutory requirements.

You will help devise a Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP), draft final reports and monitor progress against

Qualifications

• Experience of strategic planning and project/change management
• Ability to develop organisational processes and strategies relating to Business Planning, Performance Management, Risk and Audit
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels to provide advice and support

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve organisational processes and strategies relating to Business Planning, Performance Management, Risk and Audit.
• Work on the Service’s business planning framework to ensure objectives are developed, measured and reported effectively.
• Contribute to implementing a robust Risk Management System and CRMP monitoring framework.
