Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking a Permanent Recruitment Specialist to lead and grow its presence in Renewable Energy, Engineering and Manufacturing from our Rotherham base. The role is hybrid/flexible and offers the chance to shape strategy alongside the CEO and progress toward leadership with equity options.

You will develop long-term client relationships, build a high-performing permanent recruitment desk and drive a consultative, entrepreneurial approach across sectors including

• Previous permanent recruitment experience is essential.
• Sector background across Renewable Energy, Engineering or Manufacturing is a plus.
