Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for an Industrial, Commercial & Engineering focus. This hybrid role offers a warm desk with live vacancies, established client relationships and clear progression into leadership opportunities.

You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors, developing new business while nurturing existing accounts, and supporting junior consultants within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment agency experience in a 360 role.
• Strong BD and account management skills.
• Commercial mindset with earnings drive.
• Experience recruiting in Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing or Logistics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full 360 recruitment process across Industrial, Commercial & Engineering sectors.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify new business.
• Recruit across permanent, temporary and contract vacancies.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
• Handle multiple live vacancies within your market.
• Mentor junior consultants where required.
