Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking an Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment Manager/Team Leader in Leicester on a hybrid basis. The role offers a 40,000–55,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and the chance to shape a growing division.

You will work alongside the CEO, develop new business, manage key accounts and lead a recruitment desk focused on engineering, manufacturing and technical sectors across the Midlands and UK. Autonomy and strategic influence are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering/Manufacturing recruitment.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the Engineering & Manufacturing space.
• Manage and grow client accounts and recruitment partnerships across permanent, contract and interim roles.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment desk, with autonomy to shape strategy and growth.
