You will take over an established desk with existing clients, live vacancies and immediate billing opportunities, or build your own specialist market within thriving sectors already supported by the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Partner.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Supply Chain recruitment would be advantageous.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and winning repeat business.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and relationship-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical recruitment desk.
• Deliver full 360 recruitment solutions across permanent vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the wider UK.
• Source, interview and place skilled professionals.
• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management.
• Generate repeat business and grow existing accounts.
