Qualifications

• Proven Recruitment Consultant experience or similar roles.
• Track record of building client relationships and winning repeat business.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a full 360 recruitment desk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established engineering/ manufacturing/ technical recruitment desk.
• Deliver full 360 recruitment solutions across permanent vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and wider UK.
• Source, interview and place skilled professionals.
• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy qualification to offer.
• Generate repeat business and grow existing accounts.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of recruiters.
