Job summary

Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking a Renewable Energy Recruitment Specialist to lead the development of its renewable energy division across permanent and contract recruitment, based in East Midlands. You will build relationships with clients, develop new business, and command a desk with leadership potential, equity opportunities, and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• We are interested in experienced recruitment professionals from any sector who can develop business and drive revenue growth.
• Experience within renewable energy is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a permanent and contract recruitment desk within the renewable energy sector.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Create and lead your own specialist division.
• Progress to management, senior leadership or director-level positions.
