• Experience in 360 recruitment across industrial, commercial or technical sectors.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Building and developing existing client relationships.
• Generating new business opportunities and growing accounts.
• Recruiting across permanent, temporary and contract vacancies.
• Managing multiple live vacancies simultaneously.
• Negotiating offers and managing placements through to completion.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced consultants where appropriate.
