Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a LAB Performance Insights Manager to join the London, Amsterdam and Brussels LAB team. The role focuses on turning data from LAB-wide cohorts into clear insights, monitoring billability, utilization, and staffing rates, and coordinating actions with senior leadership.

You will lead dashboards, identify trends and risks, and drive process improvements with the LAB Talent & Performance Senior Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and advanced numerate.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication).

Responsibilities

• Own LAB-wide performance team reporting and insights. Build and improve dashboards for key metrics such as billability and staffing.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across cohorts; develop actionable recommendations.
• Present insights in team retrospectives and coordinate actions with leadership.
• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation with senior stakeholder input.
• Map and refine processes to improve delivery, consistency and scalability.
• Create clear communications to support change initiatives and adoption of new tools.
• Drive data & AI initiatives, champion automation, and collaborate with regional/global teams.
