Boston Consulting Group is seeking a LAB Performance Insights Manager to join the London/Amsterdam/Brussels-based team. You will turn LAB-wide data into clear insights, monitor billability, utilization and staffing, and partner with leadership to drive actionable outcomes across offices.

The LAB Performance Insights Manager is part of the London, Amsterdam and Brussels (LAB) Associate to Consultant (A-C) Performance Team, reporting to the LAB Performance Director and working closely with the LAB PA Performance Partner Director and LAB Ringfence Performance Partner Director. Responsible for turning data for all LAB-wide cohorts into clear insights and coordinated action, this role monitors key metrics including billability, utilisation and cross-office staffing rates, identifying emerging trends and risks, and working with the LAB Performance Director to determine appropriate recommendations and coordinate actions. This role also leads strategic projects and provides broad execution leverage to the LAB Talent & Performance Senior Director, helping to ensure agreed priorities move from idea through to effective implementation across the wider team. This includes driving process improvements and provides execution and communications support on projects.
