Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a team management role and developing employees.
• Proven track record of managing projects to successful outcomes in a complex environment.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Own the A-C performance strategy across the LAB system to optimise deployment and billability.
• Lead pipeline demand management translating inputs into resourcing decisions.
• Monitor LAB cohorts staffing data and produce leadership dashboards.
• Direct the A-C Performance Team with coaching and development.
• Escalation point for staffing topics, balancing client priorities and development.
• Oversee Consultant affiliation processes to support timely decisions.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and MDs.
• Drive transformation initiatives and share best practices across teams.
• Embed process improvements, automation and AI optimisation.
