Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a LAB PA Performance Partner Director to act as a senior strategic partner to Practice Area leadership across London, Amsterdam, and Brussels, driving commercial performance through staffing, pipeline health and capability development.

The role focuses on end-to-end staffing, pyramid planning, and career development, leading a dedicated team and collaborating with senior stakeholders to optimise utilisation and revenue while sustaining talent management.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in a professional services or consulting firm.
• Outstanding English communication, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage staffing, capacity planning and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven staffing insights and align talent with commercial needs.
• Lead staffing, capacity planning and staffing for PPPL populations to maximise utilisation.
• Drive career development conversations and promotions with PA leadership.
• Lead the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team and set performance partnering standards.
