Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a LAB Performance Insights Manager to join the London/Amsterdam/Brussels-based team. You will turn LAB-wide data into clear insights, monitor billability, utilization and staffing, and partner with leadership to drive actionable outcomes across offices.

You’ll lead strategic projects, shape process improvements, and develop compelling communications to roll out new tools and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in international professional services.
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with advanced numeracy.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Own LAB-wide reporting and insights by building dashboards and providing leaders with visibility on billability and capacity.
• Identify trends and risks across cohorts and translate into action plans.
• Present findings at retrospectives and coordinate actionable measures with leadership.
• Lead strategic projects from planning through execution with stakeholder alignment.
• Map processes and propose practical, scalable improvements.
• Develop communications to support change initiatives and tool rollouts.
• Support adoption of new data tools and collaborate with regional and global teams.
