Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a LAB PA Performance Partner Director to lead a senior strategic partnership across London, Amsterdam and Brussels. You will drive commercial performance, optimize billability, pipeline health, and staffing while aligning talent with PA and PPPL needs.

You’ll manage the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team, partner with LAB leadership, and influence career development strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Stakeholder management experience at MDP level.
• Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; numerate and data-driven.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior strategic partner to PA leadership, driving staffing decisions, billability, and pipeline health.
• Lead proactive capacity planning and pyramid development with PA leadership and People Analytics.
• Drive career development through regular coaching, calibration, and strategic input into nominations.
• Lead the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team, delivering consistent, commercially grounded performance partnering across PAs.
• Navigate prioritisation decisions and improve processes with automation and AI where relevant.
