Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a visionary LAB Ringfence Performance Partner Director to lead staffing and performance across London, Amsterdam and Brussels. You will partner with PA leaders, drive capacity planning, and align talent with commercial needs while ensuring billability and pipeline health.

The role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience in an international setting, exceptional stakeholder management, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Strong stakeholder management at MD level.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior strategic partner to PA leadership, providing data driven insights on staffing decisions and commercial levers.
• Lead proactive capacity planning and pipeline reviews with PA leadership.
• Build relationships with PPPLs through regular touch bases integrating career development with commercial outcomes.
• Own LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team strategy and drive deployment, utilization and billability.
