Job summary

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Performance Analyst in Milton Keynes to support the Service Directors in data-driven improvements. You will champion the use of the Trust's Tableau BI tool to produce intelligent reports that inform service delivery and performance management.

The role requires excellent data manipulation and visualization skills, strong MS Excel and SQL capabilities, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across CNWL services.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Directors to ensure the electronic clinical records system is used effectively for data quality improvements.
• Encourage staff to use Tableau to generate intelligent information reports for service monitoring and improvement.
• Carry out routine analyses and prepare reports underpinning contract management, performance management and service development.
• Provide support to CNWL services in planning, monitoring contracts and performance issues; assist with reports by service/borough.
• Develop and maintain timely, accurate information reports and service analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Become an expert analyst for specific services and build strong working relationships with performance leads.
