Job summary

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Performance and Information Analyst to join the Milton Keynes team. You will manipulate data, build reports, and develop dashboards using Tableau, Excel, and SQL to support contract management and service improvement.

You will work closely with service directors and staff, translating complex datasets into actionable information while maintaining high data quality and timely reporting under pressure.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional and management experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Experience in NHS or social care services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert analyst on specific services and develop relationships with responsible colleagues.
• Prepare and carry out in-depth analyses accurately.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused approach to information provision.
• Understand timely, accurate reporting to support business plans, service redesign and benchmarking.
