Job summary

The CNWL NHS Foundation Trust in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Performance and Information Analyst to join the Milton Keynes team. You will leverage data manipulation, Excel and SQL, and Tableau to deliver informative reports that support performance management and service development.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with NHS data standards and data models is desirable.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Excellent MS Excel and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Directors to ensure data quality improvement programmes.
• Encourage use of the Trust’s BI tool (Tableau) for intelligent information reports.
• Carry out routine analyses and prepare reports to underpin performance management.
• Provide support to key CNWL services with planning, contracts and performance issues.
• Develop and provide service/borough level reports and analyses.
• Contribute to ongoing development of information reports and project delivery.
