Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust seeks a senior BI/analytics leader to drive data and information management across Elective, Cancer and Urgent Care. You will line-manage a team of analysts, develop reporting tools and translate complex data into actionable insights for service planning and transformation.

The role requires on-site work three days per week, with initial five days during a three-month ramp-up, and a strong focus on NHS data standards and national reporting

Qualifications

• Senior data analytics role within NHS Trust requiring leadership and BI skills.
• Experience delivering high-quality data insights to inform planning and transformation.
• Knowledge of NHS information standards and national data definitions.

Responsibilities

• Line manage a team of analysts and oversee data reporting across Elective, Cancer and Urgent Care.
• Develop and improve information reporting systems using SQL Server, Power BI and MS Fabric.
• Provide expert BI insights to support service planning and decision making.
• Ensure timely, accurate NHS returns and statutory data submissions.
