Job summary
TfGM is seeking a Strategic People Business Partner to influence senior leaders, shape people priorities and lead organisational change as part of the People Directorate. You will translate priorities into workforce and design plans, using analytics to identify risks and opportunities, and bring together cross-functional expertise for joined-up solutions.

- Senior People/HR business partnering experience in a large, complex, unionised organisation.
- Ability to translate business strategy into people and workforce plans.
- Experience leading organisational change and strategic People programmes.
- Strong employment relations knowledge and evidence-based advisory skills.
Responsibilities
- Be the senior People interface for an allocated function, advising Exec team and leadership.
- Translate business priorities into workforce, organisation design and capability plans.
- Lead complex change and transformation using workforce insight to shape decisions.
- Collaborate across People teams and corporate functions to deliver joined-up solutions.
