Job summary

LGC Group Ltd seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with the GMG leadership team in Twickenham, developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy across the organisation.

You will mentor leaders, drive effective organisational design, TUPE and integration activities, and deliver high-quality HR operational support while advancing DEI&B initiatives and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the GMG people strategy.
• Mentor leaders in organisational structures and engagement.
• Provide HR operational support to GMG.
• Lead TUPE, integration and communications in change processes.
• Develop people analytics to inform decisions and improve engagement.
• Advise on Employee Relations matters with positive outcomes.
• Promote DEI&B initiatives across the employee journey.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations.
• Contribute to UK & Ireland HRBP transformation projects.
