Job summary

TfGM Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Strategic People Business Partner to join the People Directorate. You will work with the Exec team, turning priorities into practical workforce solutions, and provide independent, evidence-based advice to senior leaders.

You will shape workforce planning, leadership capability, culture and inclusion, using analytics to identify risks and opportunities and delivering joined-up people solutions across functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior People/HR business partnering experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Ability to translate business priorities into workforce plans and lead strategic People programmes.
• Experience using workforce analytics to inform decisions and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and challenge to Exec team and senior leaders.
• Translate priorities into workforce, organisational design, leadership and culture initiatives.
• Lead complex change and transformation with cross-team input.
