TfGM is seeking a Strategic People Business Partner to act as the senior people interface for a major function, working directly with the Exec team to shape workforce priorities and lead complex organisational change.

You will translate business strategy into people plans, use workforce insight to advise and challenge, and collaborate across People teams and corporate functions to deliver joined-up solutions.

Formación

• Extensive senior HRBP experience in a large, complex, unionised organisation.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into people and workforce plans.
• Strong organisational design and workforce planning capability with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and employment relations knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic advice to Exec team and senior leaders.
• Translate business priorities into workforce and organisational design plans.
• Lead transformation and strategic People programmes using workforce insight.
• Collaborate across People teams and corporate functions to deliver joined-up solutions.
