Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a seasoned People Partnering Manager to lead an experienced team of People Business Partners and drive the next phase of strategic capability within a large, complex organisation.

You will shape workforce priorities, support organisational change and translate business objectives into effective people solutions, acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders. Previous experience in a similar senior HRBP role is essential.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading and developing a People/HR Business Partnering function.
Proven ability to shape strategy and translate business priorities into people solutions.
Strong advisory capability to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead an established team of People Business Partners to deliver high-impact, strategic support.
Shape a commercially focused, insight-led partnering model across the organisation.
Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and translate workforce priorities into People strategy.
Oversee workforce planning, organisational design and large-scale change initiatives.
Use workforce analytics to influence decisions and identify interventions.
Collaborate with trade unions and employee representatives where appropriate.
