Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a People Business Partner to work with senior leaders, translating strategic People initiatives into practical actions. You will partner with Head of People for your Line of Business to deliver a joined-up people service across the business units.

You'll diagnose workforce challenges, coach leaders, and convert priorities into clear, measurable plans, collaborating with advisory, operations and centres of expertise teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in People Business Partnering or similar business-facing HR roles.
• Credibility with senior leaders in a complex organisation and ability to influence decisions.
• Experience across workforce planning, organisational change, talent, performance and employee relations.
• Proven ability to diagnose workforce issues using data and provide practical insight.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and act as their People partner.
• Understand strategy and workforce needs to provide insight, advice, and challenge.
• Translate People Strategy into prioritised delivery plans with clear outcomes.
• Coordinate briefs for People Advisory, People Operations and Centres of Expertise and track progress, risks and outcomes.
• Use workforce data to spot trends and recommend action on planning, change, talent and health of the organisation.
