Mattioli Woods plc is seeking a People Business Partner to join the HR team and influence at every level. You will translate HR strategy into practical results, supporting growth through acquisitions and ensuring compliance with evolving employment law.

You will advise on performance and change, coach leaders, and help manage Workday processes, salary reviews and payroll, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Formación

• Strong employment law knowledge including tribunals, subject access requests, policy writing and TUPE.
• Hands-on use of data to inform decisions and influence outcomes.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale projects and developing others.

Responsabilidades

• Giving expert employment law advice on performance, capability, absence, grievance and disciplinary matters and acting as escalation point for managers and Central Service Team.
• Supporting organisational change including TUPE, due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions.
• Coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels, assisting with succession planning, appraisals and SMART objectives.
• Advising on Workday and supporting annual salary reviews, bonus plans and payroll accuracy.
• Supporting the employee journey from recruitment through inductions, exit interviews and leaver processes.
