Mattioli Woods Limited is seeking a senior HR professional to embed our HR strategy across business areas and advise on employment law. You will partner with leaders, drive change, and support acquisitions and integrations in a dynamic financial services environment.

You will coach leaders, manage key projects, and help shape succession planning while aligning with regulatory changes. The role offers hybrid working and diverse development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong employment law knowledge, including tribunals and data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on TUPE and acquisitions experience.
• CIPD Level 5 or above is a bonus.
• Ability to coach and mentor leaders while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employment law advice to leaders and managers.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Oversee salary review, bonus plan and payroll accuracy.
• Deliver Workday training and drive employee lifecycle improvements.
