You will report to the Employee Benefits Head of Business Development and drive new enquiries across pensions, risk, healthcare and online solutions.

Qualifikationen

• proven experience in a business development role, ideally within a service business such as financial services
• the ability to build and sustain credible relationships with professional contacts, referrers and suppliers
• genuine curiosity about people and their businesses, and the confidence to network at all levels
• excellent written and spoken communication skills
• an organised, flexible approach, with the ability to set targets, monitor performance and stay calm under pressure
• an understanding of the regulatory frameworks that shape our industry (desirable)

Aufgaben

• Increase new business enquiries across our Employee Benefits proposition; workplace pensions, group risk, healthcare and online solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key professional contacts and referrers
• Develop strategic partnerships when opportunity arises and work with consultants to ensure introductions lead to client outcomes
• Nurture business contact relationships to keep Mattioli Woods informed of activities
• Influence business growth by connecting clients with the right services and specialists
