Mattioli Woods plc is seeking a People Business Partner to join our HR team. You will advise on employment law, support change and acquisitions, and coach leaders across the business.

You will also guide Workday usage, payroll processes and salary reviews, while nurturing strong relationships with managers and senior stakeholders within a hybrid working environment.

Competenze

• Strong employment law knowledge including tribunals, data requests, policy writing and TUPE.
• Hands-on experience using data to drive decisions.
• Credible adviser who builds trusted relationships with managers to senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale projects with attention to detail.
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to progress.

Mansioni

• Give expert employment law advice on performance, absence, grievance and disciplinary matters; serve as escalation point for managers and Central Service Teams.
• Support organisational change including TUPE, due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions; keep stakeholders informed.
• Coach and mentor leaders on succession planning, appraisals and SMART objectives.

If you enjoy being a trusted adviser, influencing at every level and turning HR strategy into practical results, this is a role where you will make a visible difference.About the roleReporting to our Head of People, you will support your own dedicated business areas, making sure our HR strategy is fully embedded and always guided by a commercial view. You will work closely with leaders and colleagues across various functions, building strong, trusting relationships and helping them deliver change.This is a varied position.
