You will partner with senior stakeholders, bringing broad HR experience, strong communication and a pragmatic approach to delivering hands-on HR support across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Broad HR/People experience required.
• Excellent communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into effective people plans.
• Support business transformation and organisational change with clear communication and engagement.
• Manage a broad range of employee relations matters with pragmatic advice and coaching.
• Support performance, talent development, workforce planning and the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and influence managers to build capability and consistent, effective people practices.
• Use people data to identify trends and support better decision-making.
