Ravensbourne University London is seeking two exceptional Strategic People Partners to shape the future of People & Culture during a period of transformation. You will work with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, lead change, and deliver strategic people initiatives across the University.

We value a credible HR professional with extensive experience, who can build strong relationships, use data to inform decisions, and champion inclusive people practices while developing leaders

Qualifications

• Significant Senior HR Business Partner or Strategic People Partner experience.
• Proven track record in organisational change and transformation.
• Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• Experience in workforce planning and organisational design.
• Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• The ability to use data and insight to support decision-making.
• Chartered CIPD membership (Level 7) or equivalent experience.

• Partner with senior leaders to improve people and business outcomes.
• Lead change, transformation and workforce planning initiatives.
