Job summary

Anglian Water Group is seeking a strategic and collaborative People Capability Partner to support the development of our People, Skills and Organisational Capability Framework.

You will work closely with senior leaders to design, embed capability solutions aligned with our enterprise strategy and AMP8 ambitions, combining data-driven insights with practical delivery to inform capability decisions and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, workforce planning or related roles.
• Strong ability to analyse workforce data and generate insights.
• Experience working with HR systems and digital platforms such as Workday.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships.
• Strategic thinking paired with practical delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passion for helping people and organisations perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the People, Skills and Organisational Capability Framework.
• Use workforce data and analytics to identify capability gaps.
• Govern the organisation's skills taxonomy and capability models.
• Partner with leaders on capability planning and workforce readiness.
• Leverage digital tools, including Workday, to improve capability management.
• Lead capability projects that drive organisational improvement and change.
• Support strategic workforce and capability initiatives aligned to our long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to enable enterprise-wide capability decisions.
