Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Data and Systems Manager to lead a centralised performance data team and oversee systems, ensuring GDPR-compliant data practices and standardised reporting for the Alliance.

You will work with Alliance leadership and across ERP/SAP programmes to prioritise data requirements, translate complex data into actionable insights, and support strategic delivery across the IMR Water Recycling Alliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BA(Business) or BEng) or equivalent to ensure solid technical competence.
Proven leadership of data migration on major ERP / SAP programmes.
Recognised project/programme management qualification (PRINCE2/APM).
Provide leadership on business case formulation to support strategic change.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing centralised performance data team across the Alliance.
Manage the data systems and ensure GDPR-compliant reporting and data capture.
Oversee data governance and analytics to deliver regulatory, operational and commercial insights.
Collaborate with Alliance senior leadership and ERP/SAP programmes to optimise data requirements.
Provide tailored reports to drive data-driven decision making across forums and operations.
