Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is looking for a strategic People Capability Partner to shape capability across the Anglian Water region. You will work with senior leaders to develop how we understand, develop and deploy capability at scale, using data insights and digital tools.

You'll combine data-driven insight with practical delivery to ensure capability decisions drive meaningful business outcomes and support ongoing workforce transformation and governance.

Qualifications

Experience in organisational development, workforce planning or people-related roles.
Strong analytical skills with data and insights to inform decisions.
Experience with HR systems and digital platforms such as Workday.
Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with a delivery-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance our People, Skills and Organisational Capability Framework.
Use workforce data to identify capability gaps and inform decisions.
Govern and maintain the organisation's skills taxonomy and models.
Partner with leaders to strengthen capability planning and readiness.
