Job summary

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd in Peterborough offers a hybrid HR Business Partner role to support Anglian Water's capital programme. You will partner with managers, drive employee relations, and help deliver the People Plan across regions.

The position requires CIPD Level 5, strong employment-law knowledge, and proven HRBP experience. You will coach leaders, manage performance, and collaborate with L&D and central teams to shape talent and succession.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner partnering with managers and leaders to deliver people-focused solutions and business objectives.
• Strong ability to build and maintain core business relationships with key stakeholders.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent with solid employment law knowledge.
• Experience implementing policies and procedures in line with organisational policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employee relations issues in your regions (disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness absence).
• In partnership with Line Managers, deploy the People Plan within your regions, including succession and talent initiatives.
• Coach Managers and individuals on people-related matters to improve performance and capability.
• Collaborate with central teams to implement initiatives on talent, performance management, diversity and wellbeing.
