Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a strategic People Capability Partner based in Huntingdon with hybrid working and occasional travel across the Anglian Water region. This is a 1-year secondment (fixed term contract) for a full-time role, with flexibility for part-time.

You’ll design and embed capability solutions, use data and Workday to inform workforce decisions, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen workforce readiness aligned to AMP8 ambitions.

• Strong analytical skills with confidence using workforce data and insights.
• Experience with HR systems and digital platforms such as Workday.

Salary: £52,000 circa (dependent on skills and experience)

The Role

We're looking for a strategic and collaborative People Capability Partner to support the ongoing development of our People, Skills and Organisational Capability Framework.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll help design, improve and embed capability solutions that align with our enterprise strategy and AMP8 ambitions. From skills frameworks and workforce analytics to digital enablement and governance, you'll play a central role in helping the organisation better understand and develop its workforce capability.

You'll combine data-driven insight with practical delivery to ensure capability decisions support meaningful business outcomes, while also leading and contributing to projects that strengthen workforce capability, improve people processes and support strategic change across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
