Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Project Manager for the Strategic Pipeline Alliance, based north Norfolk. You will deliver projects safely, on time, to budget and to quality, leading a team across enabling and delivery phases.

Responsibilities include translating strategy into outcomes, optimising resources, and ensuring H&S standards. The role reports to a leadership group within SPA

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/MEICA/Construction Management or relevant subject.
• Experience leading and delivering large-scale projects of work, including water infrastructure or large-scale linear projects.
• Experience leading multi-contractor, multi-disciplined teams, unifying them into an industry leading delivery team.
• Experience of delivering design and build, large construction projects.
• Ability to perform against a tight budget through effective programme development, risk and opportunity management.

Responsibilities

• Translate Programme level strategy into actual outcomes; brief team on requirements.
• Ensure resources are fully utilised; manage performance against metrics.
• Deliver Enabling phase and delivery phase; keep projects on track for cost, time and quality.
• Manage full project lifecycle from enabling to handover, including warranties.
• Drive a culture of Health & Safety and continuous improvement.
