Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist in the United Kingdom to serve as a subject matter expert for deal registration and partner programs.

You will guide the sales team and manage registrations, maintaining up-to-date CRM records to ensure accurate quotes and timely orders. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and travel up to 15%.

• Ability to work flexible hours and maintain Partner Certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the sales organization as a subject matter expert for deal registration and operational inquiries.
• Ensure timely submission and status updates of partner deal registrations via email and CRM.
• Identify and propose process improvements and automation efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner programs, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate communication of changes to relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners/vendors to ensure efficient operations and accurate quotes and orders.
• Support continuous improvement of deal registration procedures and practices.
