Job summary

SHI International Corp. in London is seeking a Partner Program Manager to collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive sales growth while advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and ensuring contractual compliance.

You will manage the full lifecycle of a partner program, oversee onboarding, track performance metrics, and coordinate events and training. The role requires strong contract analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business goals into

Qualifications

• Ability to thoroughly understand and analyze contracts and statements of work.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project and Visio.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite executives to align on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive sales growth and improve performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to support program objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and compliance of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of program management from ideation to implementation.
• Facilitate partner onboarding and support rollout of new programs; ensure documentation.
• Track and report KPIs, participate in events and training for partners and teams.
