Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking an Operations Manager to lead ASB, Enforcement, Tenancy Support and Safeguarding services. You will oversee specialist teams, drive consistency, manage risk and deliver strong customer outcomes, while building partnerships with police and local authorities.

The role requires leadership in challenging situations and a focus on early intervention and safe housing practices. You will be responsible for shaping the future design of services, supporting the team with data

Qualifications

• Experience leading ASB, enforcement, tenancy support and safeguarding services.
• Ability to manage risk, multi-agency coordination and decision making.
• Qualification in housing or management with willingness to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ASB, enforcement, tenancy support and safeguarding service across teams.
• Develop the leadership capability and coaching of specialist staff.
• Use data and customer insight to spot trends and improve performance.
• Coordinate with police, local authorities and support agencies to reduce harm.
• Balance customer experience with performance and risk management.
• Drive adoption of technology and digital solutions to improve service delivery.
