Job summary

Dudley Council invites applications for multiple Strategic Operational Leads within the Housing and Property Team. These senior Operations Manager roles will shape housing and property services across the borough, reporting to the Associate Director Acquisitions, Compliance & Maintenance, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver safety, compliance and statutory functions.

Roles require flexibility to work outside conventional hours and a collaborative, forward-thinking leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in housing/property services.
• Experience with statutory responsibilities and risk management.
• Ability to work flexibly outside standard hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and compliance across residential and non-residential properties.
• Lead a large multidisciplinary team responsible for safety, CDM and health & safety compliance.
• Ensure delivery of statutory housing and property safety obligations.
